Smt. Prameela Bai is the Founder President of Bala Vatika & Balavikas who is an experienced unit head from the reputed institution, Vidya Vardhaka Sangha, 1st Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-10. She has pioneered the art of moulding the tiny tots into good nurtured adults over the past 25 years.
